Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PERIOD

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts; you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to you or to the person at the address you specified, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product must be unused, untried, and in a resalable condition.
  • The original packaging, box, labels, and any accessories must be complete and undamaged.
  • The product invoice (or order number) must be included in the return package.
  • If a gift product was given as part of a campaign, the gift product must also be returned.

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products custom-made or customized according to customer requests
  • Products that are perishable or may expire quickly
  • Products whose packaging, tape, or seal has been opened and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons
  • Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated
  • Digital products and services that are performed instantly in electronic environment

5. HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

  1. Request: Submit your application with your order number and reason for return by filling out the form on our contact page or by sending an e-mail to destek@tilavethanem.com.
  2. Approval: Your request will be evaluated within 2 business days at the latest, and return shipping information will be sent to you.
  3. Shipment: Pack the product according to the instructions provided and deliver it to the cargo company.
  4. Inspection: After the product reaches us, it will be checked within 1-3 business days.
  5. Refund: For approved returns, the amount will be refunded using the payment method you used within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification reaches us.

6. RETURN SHIPPING FEE

For returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, if the contracted cargo company and code notified by us are used, the return shipping fee will be covered by the Company. If a different cargo company is preferred, the cost belongs to the customer.

For defective, faulty, or incorrectly sent products, all shipping costs are covered by the Company.

7. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY

If there is visible damage to the shipping package, we kindly request that you have a report drawn up by the cargo officer before accepting delivery. If you receive a faulty, missing, or defective product and contact us within 48 hours, the product will be replaced free of charge or its cost refunded.

8. EXCHANGE

You can also submit your requests for size, color, or model changes within the same 14-day period. Exchanges are made subject to stock availability; if not in stock, a refund will be issued.

9. REFUND PERIODS

After the refund is initiated by us, it may take 2-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account for credit card payments, depending on your bank's procedures. This period is the responsibility of your bank and is outside the Company's control.
