Shipping Time

Your orders are shipped within 3 (three) business days at the latest after payment confirmation. Shipping operations are not carried out on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

Products handed over to cargo are generally delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping company's delivery time. This period may be longer for international shipments. The legal maximum delivery period is 30 days.

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee varies according to the order amount and delivery address. The shipping fee is clearly displayed during the payment step.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. With this number, you can track your order on the shipping company's website.

Delivery Address

It is important that the address you provide during the order is correct and complete. Our company is not responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damage and Loss

If there is visible damage to the shipping package, we kindly ask you to have a report prepared by the cargo officer before accepting delivery. In case of damage or loss during the shipping process, please contact us; the necessary investigation will be carried out and a solution will be provided as soon as possible.
