2. BUYER INFORMATION

The name-surname, delivery address, invoice address, telephone, and e-mail information declared by the BUYER in the order form are valid.

3. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT / SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) of the goods or services subject to the agreement are located on the relevant product page on the SELLER's website https://tilavethanem.com. Product photos and descriptions are for promotional purposes.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices, and the advertised prices and promises are valid until updated and changed.
  • The stated prices include VAT.
  • If there is a shipping/delivery fee, it will be shown separately in the order summary and paid by the BUYER.
  • Payment is made in advance by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods selected during the order.
  • The total amount to be paid, including all taxes and expenses, is shown to the BUYER at the payment step.

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Delivery Method: Delivery to the address specified by the BUYER via the contracted cargo company.
  • Preparation Time: Shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Average 2-5 business days after shipping. The legal maximum delivery time is 30 days.
  • Delivery Costs: Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
  • The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the BUYER not being at the address or providing incorrect/incomplete address information.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to him or to the person at the address he indicated, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period by sending an e-mail to destek@tilavethanem.com or via the contact form. The product price will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification, using the same payment method used by the BUYER.

The product must be returned with its invoice and any accessories, unused, without loss of resalability, and with its original packaging undamaged.

7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for custom-made products, perishable products, products whose packaging/seal has been opened and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated, and digital services performed instantly.

8. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS

The BUYER can make complaints and objections regarding the product he purchased to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the place where he purchased the product or where he resides.

9. APPROVAL

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that he has read and understood this Preliminary Information Form electronically and has given the necessary confirmation; and then approved the Distance Sales Agreement.
