5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to cargo and logistics companies, payment and banking institutions, e-commerce infrastructure and cloud service providers (Shopify Inc.), accounting and legal advisors, marketing and analytics service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations, limited to the fulfillment of the purposes listed above, within the scope of KVKK Articles 8 and 9.

Due to the e-commerce and cloud infrastructure we use, your data may be stored on servers located abroad; these transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the KVKK.

6. DATA COLLECTION METHOD

Your personal data is collected through automatic or partially automatic methods via forms you fill out on our website, membership and order transactions, email correspondence, communication channels, and cookies.

7. STORAGE PERIOD

Your personal data will be stored for the period required by the processing purposes and for the legal storage periods stipulated in the relevant legislation (at least 10 years for commercial and tax records). Upon expiry of the period, the data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights mentioned above by sending an e-mail to destek@tilavethanem.com or through the form on our contact page. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.
